If you do not have an ad prepared, our web master can create the ad, which may have a small additional cost. Ads may be replaced from time to time at the request of the advertiser.

Any Liability to BoatPittsburgh.com will be limited to an amount no higher than the cost of the ad in which the error occurred, adjusted for duration of ad view. Advertisers will assume full liability for all ad content and shall be held legally responsible for any claims made towards themselves or BoatPittsburgh.com as a result of the ad. Advertisers agree to hold BoatPittsburgh.com free of any and all judgments, losses or expenses including but not limited to legal judgments and associated costs.

Non-profit advertisers may receive special discounts and/or free ad space as decided by the editors.
