2009 Summer Kick-Off Party

It’s no secret that the Kenny Chesney Concert held at Heinz Field has become one of the biggest events for boaters in Western Pennsylvania. To help celebrate the great event BoatPittsburgh.com and Froggy Radio have combined to create the Froggy Flotilla.

On June 6, Froggy and BoatPittsburgh.com will get the party started by giving away 100 free t-shirts for the boaters already tied up at the North Shore before welcoming one of the top names in local country music to the “floating stage” on the North Shore.

This year, with help from Froggy radio, BoatPittsburgh.com is pleased to announce that former PovertyNeck Hillbillies frontman Abby Abbondanza will be appearing on the BoatPittsburgh.com houseboat for a free show starting at noon. All boaters are welcome to come and enjoy the performance by the popular up and coming country musician.

After the performance, BoatPittsburgh.com will treat the boaters to free hot dogs (while they last) and invite the boaters to sign up for our e-newsletter Dock Talk. The beautiful BoatPittsburgh Girls sponsored by BarSmart.com will also be on hand passing out items for all of the boaters and spreading the good word about BoatPittsburgh.com.

So come and enjoy the party with other Pittsburgh boaters and be a part of the first ever Froggy Flotilla!
