G20 Summit River Closures

The Coast Guard will establish a temporary security zone from the West End Bridge (mile marker 0.5) on the Ohio River to the South Shore Marina (mile marker 1.8) on the Allegheny River to the 10th Street Bridge (mile marker 1.5) on the Monongahela River, extending the entire width of the rivers. Entry into this Coast Guard security zone, while it is activated and enforced, is prohibited, unless authorized by the Captain of the Port or a designated representative. This rule is effective from 6 a.m. on September 24, 2009 to 10:00 p.m. on September 25, 2009.
