Pittsburgh Boat Show Worth the Trip
Friday, January 20, 2012
Although Pittsburgh has had a relatively mild winter, there are many boaters out there that could still use a little boating fix. The Pittsburgh Boat Show happening this Thursday, January 26th through Sunday, January 29th could be just what the doctor ordered.
The event, held at the Monroeville Convention Center allows boaters the chance to compare new boats from numerous dealers located throughout the Tri-State area. This might be a great opportunity to talk your spouse into making the move to that larger boat!
In addition, several marinas and boating related organizations will have displays and pertinent information available. Boaters looking to get their safety certificate can also take a class on Saturday sponsored by the PA Fish and Boat Commission. There’s even free parking for everyone that attends.
If that’s not enough to entice you, maybe a stop by the BoatPittsburgh.com booth will be worth your trip. As usual, we will be giving away the 2012 edition of the famous koozies and one lucky winner will receive a $50 gas card and BoatPittsburgh prize pack.
So grab some boating friends and make plans to stop out this weekend. For more info, check out the Pittsburgh Boat Show website.
