I have a question for you. Where did you get the Stripped Bimini Top? I need an entire set up, tubes and vinyl. Stripes would look a lot better.

I finally got it ready for the water. Last night I put a the starter back in it, I had it rebuilt and man what a difference. It would crank and start before but it was like the battery was almost dead. Turns out only one of the brushes was working. I have to fix the back to back seats on the starboard side. the wood fell apart only at the hinges, but that's not gonna keep me out of the water. Speaking of trailer bearings I greased my over the weekend it took 3 of the smaller tubes to fill them. I don't think the guy who owned it before ever greased them.

That sounds good. I am very new to boating so any pointers would be great. I've spent a bunch of time working on my boat this winter, just little things. I am almost done with the trailer it was shot. Looks better now.
My brother-in-law puts in at the new ken launch so I probably will to. What area do you live in Penn Hills? I live on Lougeay rd.

Hey there, I just checked out your pics, boat looks good! You gotta live somewhere near me, I`m in the cabbage patch by Stewarts lounge. It looks like we both dumped too much cash into old boats! If summer ever gets here let me know where you run at. I`m usually in the Springdale pool, I hang with the guys with all the go-fasts across form the public ramp. I have a red and white 20' Checkmate with a big block. If you can pull that 70 mph out of it and I think you can you would be right there with the Fountains.
