A friend of mine just had his seats done by Valley Seat Cover Center (http://pittsburgh.citysearch.com/profile/8584368/new_kensington_pa/valley_seat_cover_ctr.html). It looks nice and it was very affordable.

Went to Nellis Custom boat covers today. Can't say enough good things about Greg. One class act. He took care of my problem while i waited.you can't ask for anything better.

When you go to have cushions made, beware that the thread used for marine use and auto are differnt. Boat thread is made to withstand the elements more so then car seats.
