Waste Pump-Out

Does anyone know of any other waste pump out stations near Pittsburgh other then Fox Chapel (there's is closed till next week). Does Aspinwall have one??

Fox Chapel is only one I know about. It's ridiculous, there should be at least one in every pool.

Does anyone know why there are no pump-outs in the Pittsburgh pool? Is it not a profitable service for a marina to offer? Are there regulations that would prohibit or make it difficult? I understand that there are various state/federal programs that will subsidize a marina's cost of installation of a system. Just curious why no marina has done it.

Its not cost prohibitive. If you install a system, and the government subsidizes it, they set the rates. From what I'm told, it would not cover the personell to run the thing, nor the electric. If it was feasable, all marinas would have one.
