    Default Fishing Raystown Lake

In a few weeks, A group of us are renting a house boat for a week on Raystown lake.
We are also trailering a couple boats there and plan to stay on the house boat all week.

    Any dos or don'ts?

Also looking for any tips for fishing.
so far I have heard early morning or dusk top water fishing will attract the stripers.

Fishing for strippers is tough. Mostly done at night with live trout.I used to fish Raystown a few years back. Main channel can get 140ft deep in places. Have seen strippers come out at Seven Points that looked to be 3-4 ft long, but that was from a distance. You really need to know the thermal levels to know where they are at.
