I dont know how much the deposit is on the truck, but you can just show up to bradys bend and pay the 25$ "I dont have a reservation" fee and get it into storage...

Because in the past on a nice saturday or sunday afternoon there would be boats and campers lined up all the way down the road, and those poor guys would be stuck there trying to get everyone in. Two years ago is seen people flipping out because they drove all the way up there with their tall campers and all of the tall storage spaces were full. That is when the reservations began. I could be wrong on these, but its my best guess.

    Hello Boatpittsburgh.com

I'm really sorry to hear about a unhappy customer and would like to respond to the complaint. We started the reservation system because in the past there have been times (especially on weekends) when an overload of people have showed up unexpected and then customers have had to wait nearly two hours to get in the facility. We really don't want this to happen and want to be sure that we are able to provide quality service without excessive wait times. Our goal as always is to provide a high quality service to our customers and in order to do this, we've had to switch to a reservation system.

Due to the wet fall this year, people have delayed bringing in their units and the last two Saturday's were heavily booked. But, because of our reservation system, those who called in advance were able to store in our facility with a minimum of wait. We also have an Express Service that we offer, when problems do occur and people can not schedule another date to come to the facility. For a small fee, you can drop off your boat/car/RV and we will move it inside for you and place it into storage.

I hope this clears up any confusion. As always, we try to be very upfront about all of our practices and we make sure to inform everyone of the reservation policy when they call. I hope that everyone understands why we do things this way, and why we work so hard to give you a great experience. We really appreciate your business and hope to see everyone again.

    Thank You

I was there last Saturday and it was a great experience. The guy helping us was super nice, patient, and helpful. He even entertained our dog while we got the boat put away.

Only bad thing is that I found the tag that was supposed to go on the boat in on the floor of my truck this morning. So, I hope we can find her this Spring!

I stored my boat Saturday, as well. Great service and I love the reservation system! Saves a lot of time, everyone there Saturday did a great job by quickly getting people in and out. Brady's Bend Storage is well worth the time and money and always...choose the climate controlled section. You will have nothing to clean in the spring, not even limestone dust!

I too love going up the Bradys bend, we make a day of it and eat a nice dinner at that place on the right when you get into Kittanning.

I go on weekdays and you can usually get in the same day.

Yes, and I agree go with the conditioned section for sure.
