Where is this dream marina? How about a BAR !

When traveling, i agree that there has to be a restaurant and bar within walking distance. Water and electric are also a necessity. Anything more than that is just gravey.

Not having a bathroom aboard since I have a cuddy, I looked at the bathroom/shower facilities. That was a huge factor in where I moved to this past season. The previous marina that I was at for 15 years closed at the end of '10.

electric! is#1, without that you need
fuel!, somethings gotta run that fridge
which leads to a bar,
what else goes in there,gotta get those drinks somewhere
which in turn leads to a shower/restroom or a pumpout, where else does it go!

restaraunt close at least, we gotta eat, Right! dont we?
