Launch Ramps

Terry,

Perhaps it would be possible to add a map of the area launch ramps to the home page? Or a listing of launch ramps and their addresses to each river section homepage tab?

ie: Ohio River Launch Ramp Locations:

1.1R Newport Marina
Foot of W. North Ave.
Pittsburgh, PA 15233

1.2R Point Cove Marina
W. North Ave.
Pittsburgh, PA 15233

1.4R Peggy’s Harbor

Just a suggestion, but that way when new folks inquire, BoatPittsburgh could just point them to the appropriate section of the website.

we do list the launch ramps on the interactive map (although it does need updated)...but i dont think people know about the map... we'll have to make that more accessible. Thanks for the input.

The launch link would help. I don't see a map link. Peggy's does not allow public launch as of last season, so it may be helpful to note lessee's launch versus public launch, or at least to call ahead.
