2008 Cleveland Boat Show

For those of you that made it up to the show - how was it??? Unfortunately, we couldn't make it. Does anybody have any pictures?

The boat show was fun. Not too busy, surprisingly.

Nicest boat at the show...SeaRay 48! I may be biased.

The bus trip home was a disaster. To make a long story short...Two flat tires. No, not two tires flat at the same time, but one flat tire, followed by a 2 1/2 hour wait for repair, then a second flat followed by a 2 1/2 hour wait for repair. No food or beverages left...just a bunch of hungry boaters sobering up on a broken down bus from 5:00 til 12:30.

Two couples bought boats, a 24 ft Larson and a 22 ft pontoon.

the taunting text messages i kept sending didn't help much either, i'm sure! but, I sure got a chuckle out of it!!! that whole ordeal has b and i wondering if we'll take the bus or drive again next year!!!

Wow - sorry to hear about the trip home. sorry we missed the show - not sorry we missed the bus ride. Since you guys had a waiting list - i think boatpittsburgh.com might have to sponsor a bus for next year. any thoughts?

i can post the pic if you like, but it doesn't look like much...just a bus pulled over in the state police barrack. it was kind of hard to get a good picture at 65 mph! don't have time now, but i will post it later!

Sounds like a Sunday afternoon after a weekend on my old boat.

Sounds like this year tou must prepare better. More food, beer, liquor, and don't worry about the potty being full.
