this is a great recipe for the grill...
Red Potatoes cut into pieces
Garlic (minced tastes best, but garlic powder or garlic salt to substitute)
Italian Seasoning
Olive Oil - just enough so the potatoes dont stick to the foil.
Place the potatoes, garlic, italian seasoning and olive oil in a foil packet and put on the grill until potatoes are tender. Serve with sour cream or ranch dressing.
Time saving ideas:
Microwave the cut potatoes first to reduce time on the grill.
