Put-In-Bay is awesome, hopefully you guys are enjoying the island! Last time I was there I had to take the "Speed Boat Ferry", for a lack of the real name. I hope to go up there sometime with our boat now! How long of a boat ride is it?

We had a blast, but we are glad to be back on the river. If you trailer to Catawba Island (which is not really an island) and launch at the State Park, it is only a few miles to Put In Bay. Literally a 10 minute ride - as long as the weather is nice.

Cool! We felt the same way after our trip to Deep Creek, it was fun.....but we were glad to be back on the rivers as well.
