    Default Spare Trailer Wheel

Is there a place everyone prefers to get a matching rim and new trailer tires?

I used Brutt Tire for my spare. Terry, you are correct, they are good guys. They are located in Kennedy Twp. above McKees Rocks. When I got my spare, he didn't have the matching rim. That wasn't his fault. Trailmaster uses a pewter painted rim that he can't seem to find. I had to get the rim ordered from Trailmaster through my boat dealer. It was cheaper to get the rim shipped without the tire, than it was buying the rim and tire from Trailmaster.

while traveling with my boat from cleveland to johnstown i hit a curb at a sheetz in murrysville at 5:00p on a sunday. i had no spare wheel and was stopped dead barely able to limp of the road with the 3 remaining wheels. after calling towing services, my insurance company, and anyone that would listen i was at a complete loss for a wheel. out of desparation i called boater's world in monroeville. it was now well after 5 on a sunday so i had no hopes that they would be open. just my luck - they were not open but there was someone still at the store. he cash dealed me 2 wheels (so i'd have a spare - ok i've learned) for 150 ea. so $300 later i was back on the road. it was a little steep but i have to hand it to them - they really saved the day.
Here lies the body of Mary Lee; died at the age of a hundred and three. For fifteen years she kept her virginity; not a bad record for this vicinity.
