A little confusion

I could swear I read somewhere that the area by river rescue at PNC Park was a no wake zone. I know it is included in the Friday - Sunday times but is that area no wake all year or am I wrong?

I had never headed up the Allegheny at all until yesterday, so I never had to worry about this before.

That is a docking area for the river rescue boats so that would mean 100 feet of no wake in front of that area--- I remember seeing a sign that says stay away at least X amount of feet, I just cannot remember the amount of feet.
