When I had a Sea Doo, I would pump anti-freeze through the sea water intake and fog the engine. It is always a good idea to winterize. If you can't run it to pump the anti-freeze through it, I would use a small bilge pump and force the anti-freeze in it. To fog the engine without running it, pull the plugs and spray some fogging oil in the cylinders and replace the plugs. It has been a while since I have winterized a PWC, so I am sure that there is someone on here that might be able to give you some better advice. Good luck.
I am going to winterize my sea doos just like I do my boat.... while running the jet ski run anti-freeze into the flush connector until it comes out the back green.
On a seadoo YOU SHOULD NEVER run a flush without the jet ski running or you will fill your engine with anti-freeze. I do not know about other brands.
Fog the jet ski afterwards, pull the plugs and spray fog oil into the spark plug holes. Also it's a good idea to cover the the jet nozzle with screen so that you don't end up with animals living in it.

Not all ski's are the same. I have a 2008 vx 110 deluxe. It does not required antifreeze in the lines but i put some through anyways. Seadoos with closed loop cooling require antifreeze. Fog the plug holes and air intake, also spray silicone lubricant over the engine and any exposed wires or cables. Also put in stable fuel with at least a half tank of gas. Way cheaper to do it your self instead of paying $100. Check out www.pwctoday.com and do a search for winterizing you ski and I am sure you will find a step by step to do the job.
