I will need to hire three captains for our tour season. Training would begin in Feb-March and they would be hourly from April-November. Must be able to work any of the seven days as weekends are our busiest time. Also, must have class b cdl with passenger endorsement.
Where do I need to advertise, call or attend to find qualified people?

When you say training, do you mean, you're looking for people that are already captains and you just train them for your specific job, or do you offer full training? I ask because I'm currently unemployed, but not currently a captain. I let my CDL expire a few years ago, but I've had it, so getting it again isn't a problem for me.
As for where to advertise, Craigslist seems to be the place to find anything.
We need captains that have a mariners license-master class. We also require a class B cdl w/passenger endorsement but we reimburse for that training once we interview and hire.
Craigslist hasnt been a good resource for this type of position and its requirements.
