FYI - I just got notice that the Clarks are playing at the Kittaning Amphitheater Saturday evening, June 26. I would love to check that out, but we will be at the GPAC steak fry. Too many things to do on the river!!!!

i haven't been there personally, but from what I have heard the band is set up facing away from the river, but the music can still be heard from the water. We'll probably stop buy tonight and check it out for a little bit.

Anyone try to listen to the concerts by the casino from the boat?
Is it worth going to future shows there?

the sound wasn't bad, no trains and traffic noise from the bridge like station square would guess 40-50 boats showed up would do it again

My father inlaw sat there this weekend for the Van Halen tribute. Said they rocked and it was a good sound. Said they played till 11:00pm. The water patrols were out pulling over everyone checking for alcohol abuse and checking for proper plumbing on the crusiers. Seems the shift was over at 11:00 and they called it a night at 10:45.

Good to "hear" that there is another venue worth checking out from the water.
