Try Boater's World in Monroeville. They have quite a selection of tubes/boards.

Kite tubes are banned on all waterways. I really doubt you will be albe to find them in any stores at all.. I would try ebay, that might be your best bet.

check out the videos on youtube! there are some crazy crashes on those things, although I would probably still try it. just type in Kite Tube on youtube

The "Wego Kite Tube" was recalled about a year or two ago due to deaths and serious injuries. As one of the only people in Pittsburgh to try this device out, I have to say I wouldn't recommend buying it even if you can find one. The problem is you have absolutely no control once it goes airborne. That bad boy will lift you from a few feet off the surface to 20, 30, 40+ feet in the air in seconds and crash you into the water just as quickly at 40mph+
