    Default Thanks for the Tow

I just want to say thanks again for the tow, Scott and Sandy! It was very nice going out of your way to help.

Everyone remember that if you see someone broken down offer to tow them, you'll need a return favor someday for sure!!

I think its a fuel "issue" never had it down that far before, 1/8 tank. Hopefully I just ran out. While embarrassing it also means nothing is broken. I had been suspicious of water in there too and maybe i was picking it up when i got that low, but like I said, hopefully adding some fuel will get us on our way. I didn't have time to try it last night.

Check fuel filter as well. I ran ours down this summer lower than it has been since we owned it. It would bog down above 3K rpm, and get worse at lower speeds. I changed the filter and it ran as good as always.

Thanks I may try that. My fuel filter on this particular boat is in the tank and is a pain in the butt. I did replace it early this year so hopefully its good but I could see picking up extra junk towards the bottom as you said.
