Magnesium anodes

Just reading some older threads about these magnesium anodes. I'm still sorta new to boats (2 years or so) but I've never heard of them! They are specifically for fresh water? where can I get 'em, the anodes on my alpha definitely look like zinc

You should be using magnesium anodes in fresh water. I found them at boatzincs.com. They were priced rather well, and they had them in stock when everyone else was out of stock.

Thanks cableguy. They have the kit for just 50 bucks. Ordering new set first thing
