I had one in the finals for river scenery. Now I see two of my submitted pics in the slideshow on the main page. Although I am north of Pittsburgh (Kittanning) I'm happy I could enter them.I love to take pictures and fish. I never entered any of my pics in a contest and I am elated one was considered a finalist. I enjoy taking pictures. Just remember to take your camera everywhere. You never know what you'll see.

Thanks Bob and to everyone else that submitted for the contest. We all enjoy seeing boating from someone elses perspective and sharing in those moments that we can all appreciate.

I forgot to mention this in the article, but don't be afraid to submit photos to the photo gallery all summer long. The new photo upload tool is super easy to use. No need to wait until the photo contest - any pics you submit during the summer can be resubmitted for the contest next year.

Anyways, thanks again and keep those cameras handy this summer!
